All our products can be personalized to perfection with a wide range of customization options, from adding names, images, characters, dates on cards, etc.

Great news is that, we can even customize certain aspects of the design such as the color, elements and layout, wherever possible. And all our designs can also be printed on any other product of your choice, other than what is shown in the website.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days of receiving orders and shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka. We'll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes another 3-5 days, depending on the destination. Since we use third party courier service, We DO NOT take guarantee for deliveries on local holidays or any delays caused by the courier company due to local conditions. Shipping days indicated are business days.

T-shirt, Merchandise & Celebration products: Incase of damage, defective or incorrect item delivered, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery, by sending us an e-mail at designpixies2024@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos or simple WhatsApp us at 7838070922.

Please note that replacements aren't available for incorrect sizes or products ordered by mistake. Kindly check the product details and size charts carefully before placing the order. Incase of damage, defective or incorrect item delivered, you can request a replacement within 24hours of delivery. Here is how we can proceed with the replacement:

• Return: Please ship the T-shirt back in the original packet, just as it was sent to you, to the address mentioned below at your convenience (return shipping will be at your expense).
• Quality Check: Once the item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we will immediately process your replacement.
• Replacement: We will cover the shipping costs to send the new size back to you at no additional charge.

Digital products: For our digital products, after placing your order or within 24hours of receiving your digital files, simply send us an e-mail at designpixies2024@gmail.com with your feedback.
