All of our products are full customizable, designed under a captivating theme, perfect for occasions such as birthdays, get-togethers, baby arrival, etc. and above all, they are offered to you with love.

What kind of personalization and customization can be done to a product?

All our products can be personalized to perfection with a wide range of customization options, from adding names, images, characters, dates to including specific details like venue and RSVP on cards.

Great news is that, we can even customize certain aspects of the design such as the color, elements and layout, wherever possible. And all our designs can also be printed on any other product of your choice, other than what is shown in the website.

What is the shipping and delivery process?

Processing Time: Once you place an order, our team will get it ready and ship it out within 4-5 business days. We'll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Time: After we hand over the package to the carrier, the delivery timeframe is out of our control and can vary based on your location and local conditions. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Are the products returnable or replaceable?

At POPPINZ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in collaborating with you to ensure every design and product exceeds your expectations.

While we do not offer returns due to the nature of our products, we are committed to ensuring that you receive products that meet your expectations through our comprehensive Replacement Policy.

T-shirt, Merchandise & Celebration products: Incase of damage, defective or wrong item delivered, you can request a replacement within 2 days of delivery, by sending us an e-mail at designpixies2024@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos or simple WhatsApp us at 7838070922.

Digital products: For our digital products, after placing your order or within 2 days of receiving your digital files, simply send us an e-mail at designpixies2024@gmail.com with your feedback. We'll work with you to adjust colors, elements, graphics, or any other aspects (to the extend possible) until you're completely happy.
